Looking to keep your carb intake down, but still want a ‘rice’ like side dish. Try Cauli-Rice, it’s great and you won’t miss the carbs! The additional bonus is it cooks faster than rice, even if you start out frozen.

 32 oz Cauliflower crumbles
 ½ tsp Garlic Salt
 ½ tsp Lemon-Pepper Seasoning
 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
 ½ cup Chicken Broth

I would recommend that the Cauli-Rice is not frozen. It will still work starting from frozen but takes longer.

Saute cauliflower, garlic salt, and lemon-pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes (or until total separated if frozen)

Add broth.

Cover and cook 15 minutes or cauliflower is tender.
